  We always make the drive up from Manchester to this place when we want pizza, because -- it tastes better.  In fact, I remember the same from Cottage Inn long ago in Ann Arbor.  It always tasted better.  Still does.  Better ingredients?  Spice?  I don't know.  
  
  Also really good salads.
  
  And you can see where they cook everything and the whole place looks -- nice and clean.  Which means to me that they are Paying Attention.

  Very disappointed today a coworker ordered two subs for lunch one for me and her she asked me what wanted on it told her the when we het the subs its like they didnt even listen to her she ia allergic to onoins and asked for none and received onions then on mine same thing i asked for no peppers and guess what it had peppers on it !

  I ordered this past Saturday afternoon
  at 132pm  and my pizza was delivered at my house at 2pm. This one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Just had to let u know, keep up the great service, thank u!!!

  So we have purchased pizzas for years from the Chelsea Cottage Inn. Today we placed an order using the same name and phone number but the people working at the store got it all wrong...
  
  They were rude, they put their phone number some other person's name on my pizza. When called they don't care the "manager" could care less.

  While I do like cottage in pizza I was very upset tonight by the flippant attitude of the store manager on duty . I called in my order,the girl asked for my phone number and I gave it to her as well as my last name. I then told her what I wanted.
  When my husband picked it up they had no clue .our name was not on any pizza and neither was our number. They went through the pizzas and found ours finally. When I called the manager to complain about the whole mess he was very flippant and was like " oh well things happen you got your pizza right?" No apologies for the stress my husband was put under waiting to find the pizza. We used to order lots of pizza from cottage inn but yet our name and number were not in the system??
  Well they won't have to worry anymore I'm going to Thompson's.better pizza and they know who I am right when I call!
